We stayed in a few different rooms through out our stay this vacay. All were spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly, accomodating, helpful, and accessible. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on staying in Tlaquepaque. Free breakfast is a perk as well as free drinks your first night. The pools are welcoming and refreshing. If you need the Hot tub let them know ahead of time to assure they turn on the heat.

I have stayed here twice. When it opened in 2021. And this past week. I can’t say this enough, this is an EXCELLENT hotel. The service and staff is the best I’ve experienced, and I travel around the world often. I can’t recommend enough. Me he hospedado en Gralta dos veces diferentes. Un mes después de la apertura en 2021, y está semana pasada. No lo puedo recomendar mas. Este hotel es EXCELENTE. El servicio al cliente y los trabajadores son los mejores. Yo viajo muy seguido a diferentes partes del mundo, y no puedo recomendar este hotel más. Soy de Jalos, pero seguiré hospedando aquí cada que venga a visitar Mi Pueblo. Gracias por todo. Pedro, fue de los mejores. Nos ayudó tanto a todos mis primos y a mi. Muchísimas gracias Pedro, en serio, el mejor servicio.

Great accommodations and gym
We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Gralta. The hotel location is very convenient and amenities available are top notch. From the chic rooftop restaurant/bar to the large and well-equipped gym, as well as the restaurant servicing delicious brunch and café, the hotel has it all. Our room was equipped with everything with the exception of a window (room was windowless) however this was good for us as it allowed us to rest/nap during the day and kept the room relatively cool without using AC. Will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

Nos gustó mucho este hotel. El mejor de Jalos. Moderno, limpio, con elevador y con muchas cámaras de seguridad. Cuenta con estacionamiento privado subterraneo y con aire acondicionado en cada cuarto que lo mantiene frio. Cuenta con personal muy amable. Lo único que me incomodó es que encontré unas greñas largas debajo de la cama, pero todo lo demás está muy bien. Nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia.
