We booked an efficiency room because I have dietary constraints. There were no dishes, cutlery or pots and pans. When we asked, we were given paper plates, plastic cutlery and a couple frying pans. It is difficult to cook noodles in a fry pan! Finally the owner leant us a pot. I had difficulty washing the pans because there was no dish detergent or dish cloth. The window sills were covered with sand and I don’t mean a light dusting; I mean a quarter inch. When I drained the kitchen sink, the debris ended up in the bathtub. I don’t have high expectations from a Super 8 but this was unacceptable. The lady at the desk was helpful but could only do so much.

Walked in to check in with an infant after driving for 10 hours. Two employees behind the desk were too busy discussing drama about a guest complaint to even acknowledge my presence. I had to actually say “ can we please check in now” and the gal looked appalled that I would dare interrupt her conversation with the co worker. Very sassy employee and gave us wrong directions to our room so we wandered around d the hallway with our infant until we finally found it. Gross. Would never step foot on this property again

For the amount of people staying (mostly traveling workers), I was pleased how quiet the facility remained. I skipped the breakfast items so I could sleep late.

I would stay again. Room was clean and very well maintained. Staff were very helpful with local suggestions. Breakfast was typical of good Super8s. Building is wood frame and creaks; I'm happy I was upstairs, not below. Biggest issue is that they need to improve the hot water system. I took one shower in the late afternoon, another in the morning, neither long, but the water was ice-cold before I finished either. The place was nowhere near full, so it wasn't excess demand--something's not right with the water heaters.

Don't judge by the outside which looks a bit tired. Room was clean and in beautiful condition. Don't use GPS to find it unless you key in the address. Google led us all over before we finally found it
