Prefabricated board element building 2001, renovated 2014, living room/kitchen convertible sofa, bedroom separate bed for two, bedroom separate beds for two and couch, sauna (electric/access via porch), 2 x shower room and 2 x toilet. Dressing room. Outbuilding with two separate beds, electric heating. Terrace has gas-fired barbecue grill.

Cottage is located on a rocky promontory with pine trees next to clearwater Lake Kuusjärvi; plot is approx. 0.5 ha, shoreline 100 m.
Sandy shore for children, deeper rock shore for adults, rock shore has camp fire place. In front of swimming shore is owner’s lovely rocky island 40 m away, ideal place to take children for visit. Owner’s land (100 ha), area offers good jogging and berry-picking opportunities. Please ask baby cot and high chair from the owner (free of charge). WIFI.
