Luxury Penthouse

Our spacious, attractive, luxurious Penthouse fully equipped is located in a very good location of Curacao, in the very popular district of Jan Thiel Rand Vista Royal.

In the vicinity you will find beautiful beaches, the best beach clubs on the island, very good restaurants, a supermarket with extended opening hours and the famous salt pans of Jan Thiel are a 5-minute walk away.
The Spanish Water is also a 5-minute walk away and there are many diving opportunities nearby.
The space
The Penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The Penthouse has an open kitchen and a lovely porch with a view of the many palm trees and the swimming pool. On the porch there is a dining area and a lounge area and there is generally a nice breeze blowing. The indoor living area has a spacious sitting area with flat screen TV and an additional dining area. On the top floor is the 3rd bedroom as well as the 3rd bathroom and a spacious loft with a nice place to chill out.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Here is also the washing machine.

In the garden is the communal swimming pool with sunbeds.

Beautiful property.
We had a great time at the penthouse. Great location with beaches and restaurants very close by. It was very comfortable and well appointed. The outdoor space was fantastic with so many places to relax. We were in the beautiful pool everyday. Hosts were super responsive. We would definitely stay again.

AMAZING
This property is beautiful, relaxing & breathtaking. You can sit on the balcony, drink you coffee in the mornings & watch all the different birds with all their beautiful colors…. Our check-in was SO easy & Luisa the property manager is great!! She will help you with whatever you need & always responds Immediately… If you are coming from the United States I suggest you go to the bank & get ones fives tens & 20’s…. They give you change back with their money…I would highly recommend this property & we have been all over the Caribbean.. The owners of this property also responded immediately which is nice & they will get you anything you need… I would rate this property a 10 ⭐️ star….. It’s in a great area with lots to do……. ENJOY 😊

Prachtig Penthouse op mooie locatie
Ons verblijf in Tropicana Penthouse was fantastisch. Van alle gemakken voorzien en prachtig modern en zeer sfeervol ingericht. Het uitzicht op de binnentuin en heerlijke zwembad maakten de ochtenden en avonden wanneer we thuis waren heerlijk. De slaapkamers zijn heerlijk voorzien van airco en elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer zodat iedereen privacy had. De grote schuifpuien die we elke dag volledig open hadden zorgden nog extra voor het vakantiegevoel. Het complex is zeer mooi aangelegd en wordt op werkdagen door tuinmannen bijgehouden net als het zwembad. De ligging is ook helemaal goed voor alle uitjes op het eiland. Westpunt is natuurlijk wat verder weg maar dat gaf niets. De communicatie verliep ook heel soepel en snel en we werden heel hartelijk ontvangen en uitgezwaaid bij ons vertrek. Kortom een plek om zeker nog eens terug te komen! Een absolute aanrader voor stelletjes of echtparen met zowel jonge als grotere kinderen!
