Relax in the "Mi Casita" in the beautiful old town of Javea, enjoy breakfast on the sun terrace and start the day with the Spanish lightness. A bit of yoga on the beach, hiking or mountain bike up into the Montgo nature reserve, or stand up paddling on the Arenal beach. End the evening comfortably on the sun terrace.

The townhouse is located in Calle San Cristobal 31, a quiet street on the outskirts of the old town of Javea, about 2.5 km from the water. The building has 4 floors. The ground floor is the living and dining area incl. Kitchen, on the 1st floor and 2. OG are bedrooms incl. Bath and in the 3rd OG the roof terrace with summer kitchen. From here you have a comprehensive panoramic view of the old town and the Montgo.

Super location in the old Town of Javea. House is very well maintained with a wonderful roof terrace. Highly recommended!

Superb town house within a stones throw of Javea old town
Very well refurbished throughout, good quality fixings and fittings within the kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. The rooftop terrace was perfect for chilling in the morning and relaxing in the evening plus the awning / blinds kept the direct sun at bay when required. Air conditioning worked great to get a good nights sleep. Old town Javea has plenty of bars and restuarants within easy reach, or drive down to the port or Arenal. Plus, for further afield, Valencia is only 1:30 for a dose of the bigger city.
