Newly renovated two bedroom apartment located 2nd line to the Arenal beach, with parking space.
It is bright and open planned, well distributed with new furnishings and air-conditioning.
Entering the apartment is a large open plan kitchen with breakfast bars and lounge area.
The terrace is accessed from the lounge where seating area is to enjoy dining alfresco.
The master bedroom is accessed off the lounge area and has a double bed and ceiling fan.
The twin bedroom also has a ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and is located between the master bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and in the utility area is the washing machine, boiler and deck chairs.
The apartment is available for winter rental and utility consumption will be charged at the end of your stay.

Great Apartment.
We had a great time. The host was very good answered our questions promptly and arranged additional balcony chairs and a beach chair. Highly recommend this apartment would definitely stay here again. Close to the beach and shops.

Excellent appartement, clean, modern and centrally located on the arenal side. Can be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings / nights but did not bother us.
