Wonderful hotel located within walking distance of Lotte duty free a common meeting point for Jeju day trips as well as lots of dining places. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. A fabulous stay and the styler in the room is great to dry our clothes when it rains in Jeju

I enjoyed my experience at Hotel Leo. The most memorable part of the experience was how hospitable, kind and helpful the staff was (in particular the assistant manager on duty, Helen). Would recommend!

Besides the bathroom having black mold, it was in a great location. The website says there’s an airport shuttle, but there is not one. However, the front desk did call us a taxi at 0545 in the morning.

Nice hotel in central and safe area of town. Walking distance to major shops and restaurants. Close location to airport for early morning flight out. The king size bed is huge and room was spacious.

Helen at the front desk was phenomenal!!! She was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us in whatever it was we needed! The lobby of the hotel was small but our room was spacious and we loved the location.

AMazing service to be pick up airport on arrival even hotel is a short ride from airport. We had NO luck with the reception lady when we arrives evening ..she told us only Korean. Apart from this strange check-in experience-next amazing lady was nice to explain everything we need to know - Breakfast fits tourist and locals. Location perfect for tourist city and Island

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leo. I was only in Jeju for 2 full days and so wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel was really convenient, taxis are fairly cheap from the airport and there are also a number of buses that go very close to the hotel (and it’s only a few stops away from the airport + T money card works here). The hotel was also close to my day tour pick up point (literally a couple of minutes away). I was here during Chuseok so quite a few places were closed but in normal times, there are lots of food options nearby. On the hotel itself, the elevator was quick and efficient. My room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Shower was great + electric toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. There was a kettle in the room, a fridge, a hairdryer and a big tv (with Netflix). An LG steamer also in the room which was exciting but when I actually tried it, I found it took too long and results weren’t great. Still a cool contraption to try. Water bottles provided every day and fresh towels. All the above made this a great stay but what added the cherry to the cake was Helen (the assistant manager) who was a dream and just amazing at her job. She made me feel welcome the second I arrived and I felt like I had a friend who gave me great recommendations every evening. She really is a star! To note, I tried the buffet breakfast once, it was ok but not amazing. I wouldn’t get it daily.

First time to Jeju for holiday and picked this hotel. Hotel was great, staff are friendly specially Helen. She is very helpful n she only lady that speak English. One thing that are not up to expectations is they don’t top up our toiletries. Like the rooms skipper? Coffee? Tea? And no shower cap n etc.

Staff were amazing and extremely helpful!!! They helped me make a local phone call and gave me ideas of where to go. I enjoyed breakfast. I was sad the rooftop was under construction. I enjoyed my room, it was spacious for myself. Location is great if signing up for day tours as the pick up and drop off location very close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

The staff are friendly and attentive and we felt warm welcomed. The property is a bit old and seems due for an uplift but room facilities are in good condition. Good wifi connection and speed compared to the last hotel we stayed in Seogwipo area. Spacious room and the styler in the room is a plus although the washing basin in the toilet is positioned too low :) Lots of food outlets with varieties around the area. It’s at a good location. We will stay again in our next trip to Jeju!
