Conveniently located at city center and near the airport. Rooms a smaller compared to other Lotte hotels I’ve stayed at but bed was comfortable Ample free parking.

Jeju city stay
I booked a deluxe room with Mountain view but it was the corner room with a quarter of Mt Halla and half the ocean view on the 19th floor. The predominant view is the ugly tall building called ‘Dream Tower’. So if you want a view of either mountain Halla or the ocean, avoid the corner room. Otherwise all was good. The free shuttle service to the airport (less than 10 minutes) was great.

Deluxe Double Room, Mountain View - relaxing stay for 3 nights. Location - approximately 10 mins ride from Jeju International Airport (approx. KRW 6500 by cab). Lotte shopping mall in the same building, convenient duty free shopping before outbound flight. Olive Young and Paris Baguette in the next block. Room - was quiet on the 17th floor with excellent view of mountain peaks on a clear day. Shower water pressure was strong. Enjoyed having a bathtub to soak. Bed was medium firm. Universal socket outlets available in room which is useful. Food - Did not try the hotel breakfast. There is a convenience store in the basement floor in the same building with specific opening hours. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. Staffs on ground floor were very helpful with queries and had helped me call for cab at early morning to the airport. Extra - There is a laundry room with 3 frontload washers and 3 dryers available for hotel guest, cost KRW 5000 per run. Laundry detergent available to purchase from a vending machine in laundry room.

Very nice, comfortable hotel! Wonderful features and amenities! Loved the complimentary drinks in refrig and crackers everyday - such a very nice touch! Shopping and restaurants close by - everything within walking distance! Highly recommend!!! Nice to stay at least three days on Jeju Island!

I gave average rating due to couple things. First, front desk made a mistake and had to pay the difference after I left jeju island. Second, rental car license plate was not properly registered.(mistake again by front desk). Other than, it was nice place to stay. (Stayed 4 nights)

I enjoyed my stay with lotte hotels at jeju island. It was about a 30 walk to the airport and a short bus ride from the airport. Checking in was very easy and the view was nice from the top floors. I would stay here again.
