Sea Breeze Beach House is a 3 bedroom, beautifully appointed home located on Hutchinson Island on the Treasure Coast. Nestled among other beach houses, in a 5 star gated resort community called Nettles Island, is this peaceful oasis of relaxation. Nettles Island is surrounded by the Intracoastal Waterway and directly across from the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean with private access to the sand beach. Take advantage of the oversized heated ocean pool (overlooking the beach and ocean), snack bar and washroom facilities.

Sea Breeze has all the comforts of home. Come enjoy a leisurely stroll on the beach, a refreshing swim in the pool(s) or some family activities around Nettles and the surrounding area. There is always something to keep you busy at Nettles. It is a gorgeous location and it books quickly.

Best property we have been to
We have rented various properties at Nettles over the past decade or so. This is the nicest one we have used and it was comparably priced. 2.5 baths is huge as is 3 full BR. Owner is fantastic. This is our first choice in the future. Just an A all the way around.

Nice house, comfortable bed in master BR. We experienced a problem with the AC on arrival. The host was VERY quick to remedy the situation, and gifted us with dinner at an excellent restaurant. Overall, very clean, spacious and accessible location. Close to all necessaries…grocery, beach, historical sites etc. Most amenities as pictured, coffee maker is a Keurig…We enjoyed our stay.

Home Base
We used Nettles Island as a jump point to explore the area. Went from Sebastian inlet all the way down the coast to Haulover. Had a fantastic time and the house was exactly what we needed. The only issue at all is the pool rules are very strict. Ok if you’re retired as most of the community is, but kids want to jump in, splash and play and use floating toys. The attendants will have none of that and one even got extremely rude with another group of kids. Overall we had a great time, the house was perfect for us, and the price was reasonable.

Beautiful home for a relaxing stay
This home is bright and inviting. It is in a great location with lots of activities all day long. There are two pools to choose from with one being right along the ocean. You can lay by the pool and listen to the waves crash on the beach. I appreciated the balcony off the master bedroom for coffee each morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay on Nettles!
Our family of 5 (kids ages 7 & 13, myself, my husband and my mom) had a great stay at this property in late July. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was a beautiful beach theme with calming colors. We enjoyed mini golf one morning (it was too hot to do much more, but there are lots of great outdoor activities to choose from), and ping pong and pool in the clubhouse. My son spent most of his time fishing at the bridge/boat ramp and had a blast. We frequented the little store on the island as their prices were reasonable and they had pretty much anything we were looking for (ice, beer/drinks, bait, snacks, and apple turnovers per the owner's suggestion.... I second that suggestion)! The pools were very clean but they are pretty strict with their rules.... only noodles allowed and be sure to have your wrist bands on. We enjoyed Jan's in Jensen Beach for brunch and Dolphin Bar & Shrimp House for HH food specials. The beach/beach pool is a bit too far to walk, especially with a cooler and toys (even with everything in a cart), so we just drove over and parked in their lot. Many people rent golf carts but we didn't find that necessary. The noseeums were the only negative to our trip.... 4/5 of us got torn up and were pretty miserable for a few days, so just be sure to bring lots of bug spray! All in all, I would definitely recommend this property as it was clean and beautiful, and Sonya was extremely pleasant to work with as well.

When we had an issue with the television, the owner was very quick and resolved it in no time. The location is great with beach, pools, restaurants and shopping nearby. A great experience overall.

Much needed get away.
Since I live in Colorado, where it’s possible to have snow up until the first of June, coming to beautiful Nettles Island is a dream come true!! This house was amazing, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Would definitely request again!!

A “ Come Back “ vacation home
It has been our first time to rent a vacation place with vrbo. Great pleasure to work with the owner. The house was very well equipped, we even had new beach chairs! The kitchen had everything you need for home cooking. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and are coming back.

Would Love to Stay at Sea Breeze Again
The floor plan for the Sea Breeze Beach house is perfect . The two Master bedrooms each had their own full bathroom and the third smaller bedroom had direct access to a bath. Loads of closet space both on the second floor with bedrooms and the main level with entrance closet and laundry room / powder room. You don't have to live out of your suitcase , you can feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped even had red and white wine glasses, and tall beer glasses. Having food storage containers with lids was a great to store "leftovers". The owners thought of every little thing you might need or want . Very very nice
