Nice location, but…
The owner took a long time to get to us about early check-in so we wasted a boatload of money on a rental car. Just a few cheap, easy things could be added to be more thoughtful to guests needs.: hooks for towels, shelves, drawers, enough toilet paper, enough paper towels, fix baseboards, etc…it has a nice park across the street, and parking was a plus since we had to get a rental car.

Cracks, paint patches on walls, shower doors falling off, crickets inside, broken blinds on windows. This place needs some work.
