I never had such a bad experience in a hotel. When my wife and I arrived at the hotel, the person checking in was very unfriendly. Also the bathroom was not clean since I found human hair on the floor. And to finalize the bad experience, someone entered our room and checked us out before 11:00am when we arrived to the room, a lady was already cleanning and put out our groceries out of the room. The only good thing about that hotel is the location. We will never go back to that place,

We got a Deluxe Suite for 4 people with double beds. The room was clean and quite spacious. NJT bus stop is right outside the hotel. Overall, great experience.

This hotel looks NOTHING like pictures presented online! I paid way too much for a hotel that looks like it is still in the 60's or 70's with the decor. The lobby, elevator& halls needed to be vacuumed! Trash on the floor!! I was presented a price online but paid way too much in person! I HATED this hotel VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I would give negative stars!!

I had to wait 27 minutes to check in since there was nobody at the front desk. Employee showed up a said he was at the restroom. He did not leave any sign. In room not TV working, no AC working either. Very rude personnel.

Check in at 3:30 pm one of the room still not ready. And the other room has a broken sofa Bed, thy gave us another room but the room is not clean yet dirty towels on the floor, and gave us another room on the 3rd floor finally that room was ok, Jason the front desk said he will give us discount for the inconvinience but he did not.
