The front desk staff was EXCELLENT and more than happy to help and give recommendations. My only complaint was the low water pressure in the shower. But other than that a great stay!

There were some key things that I loved about this hotel. 1) Breakfast is complimentary 2) Parking is complimentary 3) Fitness room is 24 hrs 4) Getting to New York City was a breeze. Bus stop was a block away.

It was good but the bathroom is what threw it off,they did give me a handicapped room which isn’t the issue.The issue was the shower was a lil cramped and still had hairs in the shower and some stains on the curtains.As well as water would get every outside the shower since there wasn’t a blocker for the water.Other than the bathroom/shower the hotel was lovely just hopefully next time I go I get a shower that has a little more room and a little cleaner

They charged a deposit which wasn't mentioned anywhere. I called and requested an extra blanket. I received a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. Breakfast had no options for wholewheat breads, or vegetarian hot items. Water for tea was cold. Not happy!!!
