service was rude and unhelpful. will never return. we were here for a birthday, and they made the experience very unpleasant. Called in advance about early check in, due to a long drive. Was told they are happy to accommodate us. When we checked in though it was a different story and the people were very rude. The room was not the room i paid for, it’s “what they had available since i booked through a third party”.

I enjoyed my stay. Location was great. Everything was neat and clean. The only thing that could have been better was the service for breakfast. I stayed for three nights with my husband and two grand boys. Each morning the breakfast workers seemed bothered to work.

Hotel is located between east and west lanes of Rt 3 so there is constant white noise. Only issue we had was we could smell cigarette smoke in room although it was a non-smoking floor.
