Overall there were no issues. Positives: Several dining options close by. Nearby EV charging station. Friendly staff at front desk. Negatives: A bit noisy from road traffic. Loud noise when running the shower.

I booked here 2x first stay was good, beds were good including the pull out couch for children & teens. Then I booked the 2nd time to extend my stay, so we had a different room because I booked at a later time at 9pm. Garbage cans were all full and over loaded causing the garbage to be on the ground also outside. Maybe they need an extra staff member to empty them out. Anyways also the bed seemed outdated in the new room but it was still comfortable for us. If they did some renovations, they would need to do some sound proofing to prevent the noise from the outside and the surrounding rooms. Other than that, I would still book here again.

Shocking

All plates and cutlery at breakfast were disposable plastic, totally unacceptable; being Christmas/New Year is no excuse. If you are going to triple the prices then you need to ensure more staff are working, which was not the case. Also, the room was never cleaned. After the 1st night we were told they didn't have time, after the 2nd night we were told it was hotel policy to clean every 3 nights (we were never told this beforehand), and when we asked 3 times the room was finally 'cleaned' after the 3rd night, although it wasn't really clean. It was shocking- charging almost 1000 USD for 4 nights and not cleaning the room and offering breakfast with plastic plates and cutlery
