It looks like tenants who are kicked out are set up in hallways. Coffe bar is a joke, out of sugar. Rooms and halls dirty, hair in shower and on bedding. Property out dated. Pillows are hard cemete bricks. There was 4 of us in room and only 2 towels and it was a struggle to get 2 extra. This is the worse hotel i have ever stayed at. No wifi, i could go on and on honestly.

This is not a hotel, it’s a motel. Only difference is they put 2 towels in the room and they don’t clean everyday, they say it’s every 3 days only. People live in this motel and they are noises all day and night long (2 am included with their children playing outside your door!!!) only thing is that the hotel is close to a bus route taking you to anywhere you want to go , otherwise, it’s pretty poor.

We pick this location because is close to the Metlife and it was surprisingly nice. The room was clean and nice staff. Also, they are pet friendly which was great.

The room smelled musty and moldy. There were cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom was dirty. My children could not sleep because of the smell so we ended up leaving and booked a room at a different hotel.

Bad ! Check in time says 4 didn’t have a room till 7 ! Out dated ! No towels they ran out .all vending machines not working. Smelled like cat urine outside by our doors. Door room keys were demagnetized all the time. Nice lady who tried checking us in tho … but the computers kept going Down!

Having cancer surgery the only thing I could’ve use is a soft comfortable mattress. Both ribs we had were very springy and firm when give indents in them. Otherwise very spacious room, beautiful view outside abs we definitely made use of the bbq grill. Staff was amazing Antwon the manager was so amazing and Beverly OMG was the best! Every time I seen her she went above abs beyond to our stay worth it she definitely is the best ! Thank you
