This is our 3rd year staying in this hotel while attending Giants football games! We don’t even look anywhere else because this hotel has not disappointed us! Very clean everywhere; lobby, rooms, halls, pool, exercise room and outside! The staff is very helpful and the hotel is always quiet! Good food in a directions and the mall is great for entertainment!

While the room was spacious and the handicap bathroom was spacious, the furniture (chair, couch and bed) was not comfortable nor was it suitable for people needing handicapped accessibility. Bed was too low and too soft. Sofa was hard and chair was not very cushioned. Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed at this hotel in July, decided to stay there again because we were very happy with our stay. This night was so different Did not sleep one bit. The air conditioner vibrated the entire night and the mattress was so uncomfortable. The rooms are clean and very spacious. So its a shame that we experienced such a bad night.

This hotel was perfect for my stay with my 2 kids for our visit to American Dream Mall. The room was clean, modern and fresh. Beds were comfortable with several different pillows types in terms of firmness/ softness. In room fridge and microwave were very convenient. The breakfast was good and a money saver. Took a Lyft car to American Dream for about $10 each way which only took 5mins. We were able to get a good workout in the gym. All the staff were really nice and friendly. As an added bonus, the hotel has a bus stop right outside that goes straight into New York! The fare was only $9.75 for the 3 of us to go to NY port authority and only took 20mins. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to American Dream Mall.

The scent of the hotel was so clean and refreshing! Perfect spot near American Dream Mall and MetLife stadium. Only 15 min from Manhattan but must consider rush hour traffic. The breakfast could be better as they only offered turkey sausage and that was like cardboard and didn’t have loaf bread for toast. No microwave downstairs to heat up food.
