Near Venice, in Jesolo, cozy 75 sqm apartment with splendid sea view at about 80 meters. Located on the second floor in Piazza Torino, in a very well-kept building with a lift, with 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen with electric oven and microwave, bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, free Wi Fi, double habitable terrace. Air conditioning, parking space in the private external courtyard, umbrella and sunbeds on the beach reserved and free of charge (guaranteed from 15 June to 15 September), bicycles. Pedestrian area, very close to supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs.
Towels and sheets included.
Starting from here you can visit all the most famous places: Venice, Cortina, Padua, Treviso, Vicenza, Verona, Riviera del Brenta. A transport service is also available from Treviso and Venice airports

Only 80 meters to the beach, situated in a cozy and welcoming building with elevator. Well-equipped apartment, equipped with everything necessary, is located near the sea. On the beach there are 2 sun beds and an umbrella (included in the price). Good bus service. A great place to relax on the sea and short trips to Venice. Francesco is an excelent hospitable host!

We were met from the bus by Afiero who took us to this wonderful apartment literally a minute from the bus stop . The apartment was lovely with 2 bedrooms 2 balconies and and a great sitting room with sea view. Fruit ,wine water was provided which we thought was a lovely gesture. The apartment is in an ideal spot close to bars restaurants and the beach . Francesco was great at answering my questions by email and text and even arranged transport to the airport for us . Thank you both Francesco and Alfiero. We would definitely recommend and stay here again .

La nostra vacanza a Jesolo è stata molto gradevole.L'appartamento è molto pulito e curato così come la zona in cui si trova.Ottima la vicinanza al mare.La zona è tranquilla e dotata di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno.Ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni e piccoli negozi.Noi pensiamo di ritornarci.Grazie e complimenti a Francesco per la cordiale e gentile accoglienza.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in einer wunderschönen Wohnung zu übernachten und wir möchten gerne unsere Erfahrungen teilen. Die Größe der Wohnung war einfach super! Es gab genügend Platz, um sich frei zu bewegen und sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls fantastisch. Sie befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen Geschäften, die man benötigt, und vor allem zum Strand! Es war großartig, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt vom Strand zu sein und dort sogar eine Liege zur Verfügung zu haben. Das hat unseren Strandurlaub wirklich perfekt gemacht. Wor konnten die Sonne und das Meer in vollen Zügen genießen, ohne uns Gedanken über den Transport machen zu müssen. Darüber hinaus befand sich die Wohnung direkt an einer belebten Flaniermeile, was bedeutete, dass wir eine große Auswahl an Restaurants zur Verfügung hatten. Wir konnten jeden Abend etwas Neues ausprobieren und verschiedene köstliche italienische Gerichte genießen. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung und ihre Lage nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die großzügige Größe, die Nähe zum Strand und die Restaurants in der Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wenn du nach einer perfekten Unterkunft für deinen Urlaub suchst, dann ist dies definitiv die richtige Wahl! Und Francesco ist ein großartiger Gastgeber!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung von sehr nettem Gastgeber
Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen: Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und denkt an alles! 😊 Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, komplett ausgestattet und zwei sehr chöne große Balkone. Die Klimaanlage kann heizen und kühlen, es gibt einen Aufzug und der private Parkplatz ist neben der Haustür. Alles sehr schön!

Wohnung ist hervorragend . 3 Zimmer, Küche , Bad. In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir bräuchten. In Bad steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Klima in jedem Zimmer. Betten waren bezogen und sind sehr bequem . Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Lage sehr gut. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Und bei Pizzeria Hawaii 3... Die beste Pizza Italiens. Im Ganzen, wir werden dort wieder Urlaub machen. Danke für alles.

Appartment in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben zwar auch den Rauchergeruch im Eingangsbereich/ Wohnraum wahrgenommen aber das ist wohl nicht zu ändern, wenn sich einige Urlauber nicht an das Rauchverbot halten. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet. Sie ist sehr sauber, die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen funktionierte super, die beiden Balkone sind sehr angenehm und mit Meerblick. Zum Meer sind es wenige Meter und das Beste war für uns, dass man täglich 2 Liegen +Sonnenschirm am Strand verfügbar hatte, egal wann man kam. Für die 3.Person hatten wir eine Klappliege dabei. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Francesco + Nadia war sehr gut (Englisch)- Danke. In nächster Zeit sollten die Küchen+ Badmöbel evtl. mal erneuert werden, da diese doch schon alt sind. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt kurz vor Beginn der Fußgängerzone, wo abends immer was los ist.

Alles top. Mega Lage, super kurze Wege zum Strand, in die Stadt, zum Einkaufen oder in Restaurants. ACHTUNG: am Strand nur 2 Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm für das Apartment zur Verfügung. Steht leider nicht in der Beschreibung. Wir waren zu dritt und haben nen Strandstuhl dann im nahegelegenen Campingstore besorgt. Aber ansonsten alles perfekt.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Auch wenn das Mobiliar nicht mehr das Neueste ist und ein leichter Geruch von Zigaretten in der Wohnung spürbar ist, war es für uns ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es gab eine gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und die Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen war angenehm. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, der Strandservice ausgezeichnet und es gibt reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
