The property is newish and the check-in staff was friendly and efficient. However, my room didn't receive any housekeeping and I stayed for two nights. I was out of my room for large portions of the second day of my stay and never placed a do not disturb sign on the door. There wasn't really an opportunity for me to address this issue because when I returned in the late afternoon, I intended to take a nap. The area around the hotel is pretty bland; if you aren't going to the hospital (I wasn't) there is *nothing* going on.

The rooms and the public spaces were very clean. The free breakfast was actually excellent. The food was continually being restocked and the whole breakfast area was kept spotless. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was convenient to the medical center. For those who had family that were patients or were there for testing, the location of the hotel couldn't be beat. The area was a bit iffy. I had read other reviews about the area, but I decided to book any way. Though we had absolutely no problems, I was cautious about the area. The desk clerk did remind us about being aware of our surroundings and there was security in the parking lot. All in all, we had a great stay.

The property currently has a lot of construction and are very very limited on parking. When booking this, it should’ve been announced that you may have to park two or three city blocks down. We had a very early appointment for my daughter at Children’s Hospital and due to her condition cannot I walk that far.

We've stayed here many times and always enjoyed our past stays. This time the automatic blinds on the two rooms we were offered were not working correctly. The staff should focus on how to leave the windows to look attractive, which make the room inviting. The receptionist was friendly and did send maintenance which improved the situation.

This was a great stay! Parking filled up quickly but the management was very good about being flexible. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast was great in the morning with all the essentials. Would stay here again. :-)
