Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again at this hotel.

It's an excellent hotel, expecialy the staff which are great and kind. Unfortunately, the pool is too small and the place for take drinks and have some fun almost inexistent. Very good for business travelers.

Excelente! Os recepcionistas são excelentes, fomos recebidos com uma taça de espumante e uma toalha úmida. O quarto é confortável, tinham outros mimos e bilhetinhos, banheiro amplo, enxoval de cama e banho confortável. O café da manhã do hotel é muito bom, diversificado e ainda que não tenha exposto no buffet, existe um cardápio que pode ser solicitado. Tem salão de beleza no térreo e uma pequena área para crianças. A vista da piscina é maravilhosa. O único ponto que poderia melhorar é a sinalização da entrada, que fica aos fundos do hotel, e nos aplicativos de transporte marcam na avenida beira mar, na frente.

Hotel muito bom. Frente p praia, em um trecho de rua de pedestres. Novo, limpo, atendimento cordial e solícito. Café da manhã espetacular. 2 bons restaurantes e em local privilegiado. Os quartos poderiam ser maiores e com melhores armário. Mas aprovo o conjunto com louvor.
