Is located in front of the beach. The breakfast is very basic and simple. The staff is nice. The service of cleaning is ok, but the hours that is made are very late

I visit Brazil once a year. And i pretty know Joao Pessoa and all locations pretty well. But if there is a hotel where i always stay . This is the ONE . Amenities are pretty good and is located next to the Best beach . Its is not Tambau neither Cabo Branco. Its called INTERMARES beach. Full of coconut trees where you can find half gallon of cold coconut water for only 2,5 dollars . Its a 2,5 walking miles from Ponta de Campina beach and 3 miles away you can get a boat to a sand island called Areia Vermelha. The hotel is located across the beach .Beautiful sunrises . The breakfast is extremely good . You can have tapioca sandwiches made by order. The staff is extremely cordial and helpful. The only downside is the pool. Closed just after 8:00 pm and need to be a little more taken care off there is no filters working during the day turning the water funny. Overall will be back for sure.

Nice hotel, Beach across the road. Good Breakfast.
Restaurant on site was good. Location for us was great. We stayed there while in town for a wedding. Clean and staff were accommodating.

It could have being an excellent stay except for some of the noises, like the neighbour's rooster, and the bar next door. The rooster would start his singing early in the morning. My last night stay, the bar next door was having a party and the music was very very loud until 330am or so and when I thought the bang bang of the music had stopped the rooster started his show. Great breakfast, nice customer service, very good facilities, but the outside noise wasn't very pleasant.

Atendimento é tudo.
A estadia foi boa, graças ao recepcionista Sandriel, e a chefe de A&B Eliana, que contornaram alguns contratempos que passei no hotel assim que cheguei, corrigindo alguns atendimentos e providenciando o necessário. Parabéns aos dois pelo atendimento humanizado e com empatia. Café da manhã e limpeza do quarto excelente. E o pessoal da manutenção muito ágeis e educados. Obrigada Sandriel e Eliana por tornarem minha estada no hotel melhor. Parabéns!

No geral tudo ok. Localização, limpeza, atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã muito bom, estacionamento 24hs. Somente 2 observações: Quando reservei o quarto pelo site achei que seria no térreo frente a piscina, porém me acomodaram no terceiro andar sem elevador. E quanto a minha esposa que é fumante. Não é permitido em nenhuma dependência do hotel, nem mesmo em areas externas. No mais tudo ok.

Infelizmente, minha estadia ficou bem abaixo das expectativas. Reservei um quarto com vista para a piscina, mas fui colocado em um quarto nos fundos, com a justificativa de que não havia outras opções disponíveis. Estranhamente, após a minha chegada, várias pessoas, chegaram e foram acomodadas em quartos mais bem localizados. Além disso, o café da manhã deixou a desejar, com poucas opções e qualidade mediana. O principal motivo da minha viagem foi participar de um casamento no sábado (12/10), e para piorar, faltou água durante o banho da minha esposa. Embora a equipe tenha solucionado o problema (não imediatamente), ela teve que terminar o banho na ducha externa, na área comum, o que foi extremamente inconveniente.

Ótimo atendimento, quartos limpos, café da manhã atendendo bem. Pontos negativos: nos 2 quartetos que estávamos muito muito muito barulho dos funcionários nos corredores, às 06hs da manhã já iniciava o barulho gigante. Como eram quartos próximos ao local onde eles ficavam, eles gritavam, brinacavam cedo entre si mas não respeitavam quem estivesse nos quartos ao lado. A copa baby com ingestão de baratas.

Estrutura precária
O Hotel tem boa localização. Quanto a estrutura, possui duas alas. Ala Norte tem acomodações mais novas. Ala Sul bem precárias. Em resumo, estadia ruim, apesar do bom atendimento dos funcionários. Nos deram quartos incompatíveis com a reserva, com higienização precária e por um dos quais passamos com infestacão de barata.
