O prédio é bem novo e os apartamentos também. Tudo é novinho. Gostei muito da academia e da cobertura, área da piscina. No quarto, também tudo de muita qualidade. Só senti falta de tomadas para conectar o computador no lugar onde fica a escrivaninha. Não havia nenhuma tomada em cima, ao lado ou embaixo. Tive que atravessar uma extensão no meio do quarto inteiro para conseguir trabalhar. Outro ponto que senti falta foi de vassoura e rodo, já que é um apart/hotel e não há serviço de quarto. Fora isso, tudo muito legal, pois no quarto tinha cafeteira, geladeira grande, microondas, fogão, sanduícheira, pratos, talheres, copos... o lugar é muito bom e o prédio fica na principal avenida de João Pessoa. É a melhor localização, tem tudo em volta. Voltaria com certeza.

Apartamento extraordinário. Muito limpo, novíssimo. Decoração de muito bom gosto. Espaçoso, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho excelentes, limpas, novas e macias. As instalações são perfeitas. O prédio é novo e bem localizado, com ótimo acesso aos pontos de interesse da cidade. Área de lazer espetacular, com ótima piscina, academia e um espaço muito agradável, com decoração e mobiliário de extremo bom gosto. Recepção com ótima acolhida. Apartamento extremamente recomendável para quem não faz questão de alimentação na acomodação.

Decoração e utensílios de primeira qualidade; organização excelente, mas o flat é pequeno demais para 3 pessoas, sendo que é pra 4. Geladeira fica muito próximo da cama, e esquenta demais o ambiente. Ar condicionado não atende o calor insuportável em menos de 2hs. Área da piscina muito escura a noite.

Tudo muito bom, só faltou uns utensílios no apartamento. Já que não tem serviço de quarto senti falta de vassoura, pá,e pano de chão. Também senti falta de uma cuscuzeira e local para pendurar roupas molhadas.

Há desejar.
O Flat tem uma localização perfeita, sua estrutura é excelente, o que deixou a desejar é o atendimento junto a administração do flat. Demoram muito para resolver, quando encontram a solução é de forma unilateral, sem levar em conta os interesses do cliente. Chegando lá encontrei, um vazamento no vaso, informei a administração e só foi resolvido quase 18 horas depois. Tive que ficar e não foram prestativos e rápidos na solução. Foi no tempo deles, sem tentar resolver com brevidade.
