Worst service I have ever had online

I booked this place and paid for myself and three friends who were flying into the country the next day. I called the app Help service to confirm booking and they told me all was fine. I called Landlord and he didn't respond. I wrote to app expressing concern, but they told me he would confirm the details soon. the next morning, I kept calling, and there was no response. I drive to the property, and when I got there, Landlord did not pick phone. After the security at the gate called him, he responded to me that he had just canceled booking. My money was already paid, I had no more cash left, and myself and my friends were stranded. We slept in teh car that night. I will never forget!!!!!
