Located next to a mall. Very convenient to food, coffee, entertainment and spa. Hotel room is spacious, clean and modern. Bathroom is luxurious. Breakfast has plenty of choices.

Hotel location was very convenient near the mall and staff were helpful. Room was nice but toilet had a strong drain smell on and off with some drain flys noted. Overall decent for 1 night stay.

The hotel is attached with Paradigm Mall and there is no proper sign to show the direction to hotel parking. The security guard also gave the wrong info about the parking, it is very confusing. We send our Touch n Go card for parking validity, yet I was still charged for the parking fee. I don’t know what is the purpose for the parking validation, hotel guest still have to pay for the parking. Lastly about the check out, we booked 2 rooms, but only to able to do online check out for 1 room only after we dropped the key card at the express check out box. Then we called to the hotel to ensure both of our rooms had confirmed check out to avoid extra charge, the reception was not able to confirm on the spot and put our line on hold for very long. We hang up and called again, lastly we got the confirmation on the 5th call. We don’t understand why it is so hard to confirm the check out on the system and the reception also never call us back to inform us about this although we have called them so many times. Other than this, the hotel is good for us in the condition, cleanliness and breakfast.

Smooth check in and out. Paid extra for City view room but to our horror, there was no view but dirty concrete rooftop of the mall next to it. Luckily the room was very nice, new, clean and spacious. The sofa bed was very comfortable too. Initially the housekeeping said there was a charge of RM50 for our request of a pillow and blanket. We didnt ask to set up the sofa bed so the hotel didn't charge us. We love Paradigm Mall that is attached to the hotel. The only thing is the mall is only open at 10am and the only breakfast choice is the hotel buffet which is ok but food variety is just so-so. Not possible to venture out without a car as there is simply nothing much in the vicinity. We will stay here again as we enjoy the food and shopping in the mall.

Staff wasn’t as friendly as other hotels I stayed in JB , check in for my bro’s room was delayed for an hour. I paid for 3rd pax and the sofabed wasn’t ready until before 9pm for set up , we couldn’t even take a nap because of the long drive. We had 8 pax for breakfast , we asked if they could join the tables but they wouldn't join the tables we had to sit separated with the kids and elderly. Except amenties and shopping. I wouldn’t choose to stay again .

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the service from the staff and the convenience of access to the mall. Only issue we had was with the lifts (due to the hotel being fully booked) which required some patience on our part. Nonetheless, we loved the stay and will be coming back again for our next visit to JB.

I arrived at 3.20 pm but was told I have to wait another 30 mins to check in. The toilet at reception level 1 was dirty. My room toilet sink was dirty. Shower area had mould. Bed & pillow was not comfortable. I have stayed in 4 other Hyatt in different countries. Have always loved hyatt. But I regret paying so much for this Hyatt. Also 1st Hyatt i had to wait in que for 15min to be seated got breakfast. Lousy management of space…

The room is clean and perfect for 3 of us. It is convenient as the shopping mall is located at ground floor. There are many eateries at the mall. I feel safe to park my car in the location as the security guards are seen roaming the parking lots.

Good, short getaway
Hyatt place is conveniently connected to Paradigm Mall via Ground level. The breakfast was great! We had triple share and the sofa bed was different than expected. The housekeeping staff just laid white sheets over the sofa, but it wasn’t uncomfortable - we were only concerned about the cleanliness. The 3 lifts - we had to let several lifts passed because it was full during breakfast timing and even at 9.30pm at night. Doesn’t help that one of the lifts stopped operating after 9.30pm, and only 2 lifts go to the carpark. Location - Albeit being conveniently located next to the mall, the drive towards Hyatt and the drive LEAVING Hyatt was always bad. There’s constantly traffic and could take us 30mins to leave the vicinity of the hotel.

Comfort stay for a family of 3
Clean and spacious room. Didn't have to request for extra bed or bring a sleeping bag as the service staff would set up the sofa bed with sheets and provide extra pillow and blanket. Property is conveniently located just above the mall and there is a durian stall in front of the property ❤️ Great choice for a family of 3 👍
