What an experience
One of the worst hotel i ever stayed in. Rude receptionist who check every people going into her hotel. May it closee soon and pls stop recommend this hotel to any guest anymore

When we arrived there was no water. There was a water cut in JB. However the hotel did not inform me in advance. I could have cancelled the booking and made other arrangements. When I queried why they didn't inform me, the receptionist said the online booking staff had emailed me. I told her I only received one email from Expedia and one SMS from the hotel. Both were to confirm the booking. That's it. What a big fat liar! And then there's no Wi-Fi in the room even though it said so on the site. The towel rack in the bathroom was coming off the wall. And to top it all off, there was no electricity in the morning because the fuse box blew out. Shockingly bad hotel. No apologies and no compensation. WE WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!

This hotel is a little clean. Staffs in this hotel is kind but the room is a little small and a little dark and no window. In addition, bus stop and station is not near this hotel, so guests must go this hotel by taxi or car. And you pay 50RM per one stay as deposit. Deposit is returned by staffs when staffs finish checking your room.
