On the day of check-in, approximately 1 to 2pm, hotel staff emailed me saying, cannot access expedia website, therefore my booking is cancelled. When I called to check, she recommended a higher pricing garden room and I have to pay more for it, which I find totally unreasonable and ridiculous. I was also on my way there at the moment. I have to stop and call expedia and was assisted by Prakash from customer service. He was a pleasant officer and was helpful, but the info given by him was incorrect. I booked a family suite and also confirmed with him, if it comes with 2 bedrooms and he said yes absolutely thrice. I have the call recording as well. Upon reaching the hotel, I was given a pathetic single room, which has a queen bed and 2 single beds on the floor. I felt very uncomfortable and 1st time experiencing all this last min negatives issues. When I check with the recep, she said she has no others rooms. Breakfast time, when we enter, no staff to greet, instead were chit chatting away within them. Closed restaurant has mosquitoes on food. We felt uncomfortable as we friends 2 males & 2 females has no privacy and the price paid 189RM per night is NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! On the first day night, the male recep refuse to call taxi for us saying the service is unavailable and was busy shaking legs and texting in his mobile while we stand there looking at him. It was very irritating. The service level is very bad. WE ARE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS! I would never recommend this hotel to any
