Didn't like the fact at 130 in morning room was over ran wit bedbugs had to get my kids up to sit in a chair hoping someone checked out and when they did I got a handicap room for my trouble didn't bother to offer any kind of partial refund or nothing

Didn’t have a room ready for us. The room we got was not the same room I booked but I stayed and it was very dirty and it smelled bad and had flys in it. Very disappointed and the tv didn’t work and had no channels. sticky tv remote. Dirty towels. Dirty bed sheets. Dirty tub with chipping paint.

Place was not read when checking in. Cleaning crew used too much Cleaning solution that is smelled to the point where I couldn't take it and had to open door from room often. I would NOT recommend this place

Martha is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the floor could’ve been mopped and washed. When I went in the shower my feet had dirt from the floor on them. Otherwise a great visit.

Had selected to pay at motel and they tried taking the money off my card before i got there then cancelled my reservation before i got there without telling me the ac unit didnt work nor the fridge just a horrible experience
