Staying in the smoking rooms
When we got to our room I had to use the restroom there was dirty pads still in the trash can there was hair all over the wall in the shower and the room smelled of smokes so bad that my air freshener couldn't even hardly cut it
Don't waste your money in this run-down place. This hotel needs some much-needed upgrades or at least to be maintained and cleaned; the hallways smell just like the rooms; the bed sheets are old, and we found dry blood stains on the sheets and pillows; the carpets were dirty and not vacuumed at all, the bathroom tiles are filled with mould. Clearly, the owners don't care about maintaining this hotel and only care about the money from the customers; the people were also not the friendliest.
I do a lot of traveling and have only ever walked away from a hotel one other time. My family and I were on a trip and my wife and kid almost instantly felt extremely unsafe. The entire building was very run down, our room smelled like weed and an old pet store combined. The folks we encountered inside the hotel we're not so savory either, and if I'm saying that it's pretty bad. The staff and everybody else was extremely nice and helpful but this hotel is run down and in desperate need of some work. The lobby looks nice but when you go to your room you will realize that the rest of the hotel needs a lot of work. I would not suggest staying here. We didn't even set our things down, turned in our keys and headed to a different hotel.
The only thing good about this place was the comfortable bed. The bed spread smelled of insect spray. Toilet had black mold at top of bowl. Bathroom door appeared to have soap or toothpaste on the backside, shower curtain was filthy, sliding door was sticky with white substance on inside. Tried to call front desk from room phone, the phone didn't work. TV wouldn't shut off with remote, had to unplug. Floors were filthy along edges of carpet and in corners, did not have a Do not disturb door hanger, no stoppers for bath sink or tub, wall in shower was dirty. All around very filthy place.
No tv channel guide. Only 3 pillows for a king size bed. Had not been vaccumed well. Toe nail clippings by bed.

The first room was not clean so they gave us another room remind you I book 3 rooms but needed another so I payed for 4 rooms .as I enter the hallway there was marijuana odar really strong remind you we have just return from a men retreat that night none of us could sleep because it was bad I have ask the front desk person for non smoking room.when did they start letting people smoke marijuana in hotel ......I am going to ask for our money back this will be last time we stay there .I been praying for my son to stop drugs for 20 years and I pray it did not trigger for him to go back to that life style .so yes I am asking for a return on hard money made to attend I was sick had bad headache all day on Oct 5 during our last day at men retreat .please do something about this
We didn't stay there. Went to the room the half were filled with the smell of Marijuana, the room stunk and was hot, when I walked over to the turn the AC on I realized it was Laying on the floor.
We left and got a refund.
The toilet didn’t work. The bed had a urine stain and the room had not been clean or the pubic hair was in the bathtub for a classy touch. I will NEVER stay there again.
