No fridge in room, but after 45 minutes caretaker installed one that was outside for defrosting.
The phone and TV didn’t work in my room, and my flight was delayed so nothing could be done until next day. Phone never worked. Was told that half of the phones in the rooms didn’t. TV kept glitching .Police had to be called for you an overdose in the building. Toilet had a ring of mold around it. One neighbor had 4 large dogs in their room and one crying dog on the other side of me. Was told locals were living there with all of these dogs who would bark when owners were at work and we wanted to sit outside. Dog feces all over the ground. Pool was green. When I brought up my concerns about it to management they said they couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through a third party. I asked if there was anything they could do and they didn’t even offer to get me a room with amenities that were apart of their contract. Not to mention my non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. I felt stuck there because they had my card information and couldn’t give me a refund or another room. Double locked the door when my daughter and I had to be there. Very sad and disappointing. I could go on but I’m so exhausted from lack of sleep from being there 3 nights.
The door nearest my room was unusable because the glass was shattered. My key card deactivated every day around 3 pm, meaning I would have to go to the front desk every day to get back in my room. The room was filthy. Dirt and grime everywhere, tub and shower were covered in grime. If I had known, I would have spent the extra few dollars to stay at one of the many hotels across the street/ next door.
Checked out early due to the terribly dirty conditions of the room and bathroom. There was pink mold growing on the bathroom tile walls. Pubic hair all over the toilet seat. The rug looked like it had never been cleaned. Everything was sticky and sheets were dirty.

The bathroom had mold on the caulk on the tub and the room smelled like cigarettes
Room smelled horrible. Items in room were worn and run down. Way too much money for this type of room. Didn't even bother to try the breakfast. Disappointing experience, even if it was just for one night. Check in clerk hardly acknowledged my presence.

It was disappointment. The room is smell like reserved for smoking people. The carpet was damp and dirty. The faucet handle in bathroom vanity was fall apart when used.
