Check in was fast and easy, facilities looked nice and clean. The only issue I saw was the door to the room was gaping from the door facing, I could see the hallway through it. One doesnt feel very safe or private, and because of the gap you could hear everything going on in the hallway. The shower door was gaping all the way around, so by the time you take a shower the floor is soaked. Need to find a way to seal both doors better. The bathroom door was a pocket door that didnt shut all the way. I have pictures of the doors but it wont let me upload them.

Likes: close proximity to areas of need. Easy to get to. Clean facility, friendly staff. Did not use the pool area or breakfast area. Dislike: our room the pocket door on bathroom would not close so that was a little uncomfortable for us.

Just what we needed for a price we could afford!
Midway point between Chicago and Texas where we live. After a grueling day on the road, it is a beautiful gift to come to Sleep Inn to get a meal, rest up, and start a new day down the road. We have stayed here four times this year, each time stopping to rest up between our home in Texas and Chicago or the other way around. Everything we needed was available. We appreciate the hot breakfast!

The beds were tiny! The restroom was essentially IN the bedroom. This place needs a remodel! The sliding door was EXTREMELY heavy and didn’t roll smoothly. The included breakfast did have good options.

Quick and easy stop. Right off freeway by gas station truck stop. No frills but also not cheap. Well done. Breakfast was very good.
