Don’t waster your time unless if you live close
Horrible experience. We called sleep Inn prior to booking to see if it was going to be an issue because we lived local. They told us it wasn’t a problem only to be told at checkin that they wouldn’t honor our reservation. Thankfully hotels.com gave us a full refund.

Good value and nice, efficient staff, but need to change the carpet. Interesting shower insert... like taking a shower in space. I like the look, but shower head is low for 6'1". Much taller and you won't fit at all.

We were very thankful for such a CLEAN room! And we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was given that it is right off the freeway and behind a truck stop. We had the queen single, it was nicely updated. My only issue was the area around the sink, there little room for personal items. And I prefer the coffee maker be located away from the sink & hairdryer. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Welcoming and comfy stay at Sleep Inn
This was a very quick stop after a long day of driving. Very friendly welcome and check-in process. Past midnight, and dealing with slow computers, Cynthia was incredibly pleasant. My room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast offerings were not creative, but ample and well-prepared. I think I've found the place to book on future trips between Chicago and Texas.

Comfortable and clean
Check in was fast and easy, facilities looked nice and clean. The only issue I saw was the door to the room was gaping from the door facing, I could see the hallway through it. One doesnt feel very safe or private, and because of the gap you could hear everything going on in the hallway. The shower door was gaping all the way around, so by the time you take a shower the floor is soaked. Need to find a way to seal both doors better. The bathroom door was a pocket door that didnt shut all the way. I have pictures of the doors but it wont let me upload them.

Likes: close proximity to areas of need. Easy to get to. Clean facility, friendly staff. Did not use the pool area or breakfast area. Dislike: our room the pocket door on bathroom would not close so that was a little uncomfortable for us.
