Quite community Private road

Docking rights , Swimming , Fishing , Wild Life watching Upstate Syracuse NY State fair, Wineries all within 20-30 minutes

You can launch a boat there but dock space is all private and we do t have a dock

There is also no pet policy for renters from the association. They changed the policy June 2023
