The heart of this cozy condo is the open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. Two large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for cooking delicious meals, including a full-size oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine. Stylish built-in cabinets offer plenty of storage space, while the dining area—complete with seating for four—makes it easy to enjoy meals with friends and family.
A few steps away, you’ll find the lounge, where a comfy leather sofa, an upholstered chair, and a large HDTV provide the perfect setting for board games, movie nights, or just relaxing after a day of exploring.

UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES
PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a completely dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.
PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:
NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes
PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 per night per pet is required, including for ESAs. This fee will be billed separately about a week before your visit.
BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit.
CLEANUP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.
NOISE: When guests are in the condo above, you will hear some noise.
CHECK-IN: Contactless after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call between 12:30 and 1:00 PM on your arrival day for potential early access.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.
PARTIES: Require prior approval.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
BUGS: Regular treatments are conducted, but our proximity to farms may lead to indoor bugs. Keep doors closed to minimize this.
BEDS: medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love and few guests find too firm.
SECURITY: A video doorbell is in place on the exterior of the entrance.
AIR CONDITIONING: A portable AC unit is provided and effective but it isn't quite.
BUILDING EXTERIOR: While the interior is tastefully decorated, the exterior is a plain 4-plex. Please refer to listing photos for an accurate depiction.
WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat between Lakes Basin Village and Joseph and we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).
