Indeed it is a clear example for failure. I have not found towels in the bathroom, also found one of the two water bottles drunk to the half.i tried to use the telephone which is a very old device to reach tge reception but no one answered.
I passed by the receptionist for complaining and she promised to fix everything. I went outside for two hours then came back to find nothing fixed. At this moment i decided to checkout having a very strange and bad stay experience. I am astonished that expedia has this poor hotel on its list.

Stayed twice in this hotel within a month with the same room type, this are getting worse. Both times I have to request for towels and slippers since they were not prepared. Ask to keep ice cream for cold storage since the suite only has chiller. Came back next day to get a totally melted ice cream. First stay I had no cups for my coffee, second stay I had no water heater. Came to realize that some staff were great and some were not. I’ll definitely stay away from this property.

Staff were extremely awesome. Property was quite old. My room was not totally prepared when I got in. Floor was still wet, no towels, no utensils for my kitchenette. Cups were not available for my coffee.

All in all is not bad but the pool was not clean and no towels around the pool . Little bit noisy at night
