Gîte ideally located in a land of festivals, between La Chaise-Dieu and Craponne-sur-Arzon. Set up on the ground floor of the owner's house, this gîte is a former small country café with an independent enclosed garden (200 m²).

Nearby: La Chaise-Dieu 11 km away (music festival, abbey church, etc.), racecourse in Jullianges 2 km away. All shops and services in Craponne-sur-Arzon (8 km). Its warm interior is organized into 3 spaces directly connected to each other: a large living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, a bedroom area (1 double bed) in continuity, separated by a curtain, and a fully equipped kitchen. Separate shower room with toilet.
