From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the cleanliness of the entire establishment. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, was impeccably maintained, giving a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ comfort made my stay all the more enjoyable. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and in providing top-notch service. Overall, this hotel is a true hidden gem. Junction Stay
Upon arrival the elevator was out of service. So we were offered a room on the first floor. It had a large wet spot on the carpet. When reported to the front desk, they said that they were aware of it. The pool has been leaking into our room. (We were offered a discount because of it.) Maybe we got the wet room downstairs due to the elevator malfunction? All was ultimately accommodated for, but seems this hotel has a few maintenance issues That said, the hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good with a large variety of choices. Staff was very nice
