Hotel is just very outdated and the area around it just doesn't have much to offer. It's not in a bad part of town but it's not the best. The hallway also always has a pungent smell in the morning.

The local restaurant had great Korean food. And it was walking distance to a convenience store and shopping areas and Uber was easy to use. Was close to everything and the hotels vibes were great!

I have stayed at this property 5 times over the past 15 years. Staff at the lounge was typical for latest generation. Not engaging or friendly at all. More interested in their phone or computer than their customers. Very stingy on “bar peanuts “ and just not very friendly at all. Attempts to strike up conversations were awkward. Rooms were very warm and opening the window was no help. Room temperature was about 78 F the entire time

I love this hotel!
Highly recommend this hotel. All of the staff was extremely friendly and the front desk spoke English. The hotel is beyond gorgeous and the photos do not do it justice. The swimming pool was wonderful too. I will definitely be booking this hotel again.
