We booked two rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was not satisfactory. We were unable to access both rooms with the card key initially, although the staff responded quickly to address the issue. However, we encountered the same problem again that night, which was resolved after the staff changed the batteries in the door lock.
The rooms were very cramped and small. The narrow arrangement made it difficult to move around, and we frequently knocked into the bed edges. Additionally, there was no shower screen, leading to a consistently wet bathroom. The water pressure from the shower head was also quite weak.
We had booked rooms with triple beds but were only provided with two bath towels. Despite informing the counter staff and requesting three towels, we continued to receive only two towels each day for the duration of our six-day stay. We had to approach the counter staff daily to obtain the additional towel.
On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to shopping and transportation.
