The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The sheets and pillowcases were terribly scratchy. When I asked if they could send different sheets at 1am I was told to come get them myself as there was only one person on duty. Never got resolved. Awful night of barely any sleep.

I saw there were alot of tiny ants on counter and headboard. When i requested another room was told no rooms available amd handed a bottle of ortho-max bug killer so i could exterminate there room at midnight on my vacation free of charge to hampton inn. They did not or would not offer any discount for the inconvinience. Other than that the place was great. But i will not be staying here again as i prefer not to offer free exterminations at midnight when on vacation.

The hotel was really fantastic. I have to say, but we requested a balcony and they put us on the side of the building where there was only a few balconies and it was dark and it was overlooking wetlands, and I did not feel safe sitting out there at night. It’s not a bad area. It was just really dark and creepy. Other than that, it’s a fantastic place to stay!
