Blue Marlin - Gorgeous beach cottage home

A gorgeous beach cottage home and a 5 minute walk to the jetty, skatepark, playground, restaurants and the white sands of Jurien Bay.

Blue Marlin sleeps 6 x guests. The bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen and 2 x Tri Bunk beds. Bunk Beds are not suitable for Adults.

Large open plan kitchen and dining area with access to the undercover outdoor entertainment area. Front cosy living room with a large comfortable lounge for all 6 guests to watch movies on the DVD player or host a family board game. Fully self-contained facilities with Air Con's in main living and both bedrooms.

The first bedroom is very roomy and has steps leading down to two tri bunks with a TV and Play Station 3. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and wardrobe.

The backyard is huge and has plenty of room for the kids to hit a cricket ball, play totem tennis or try a game of darts. Also a fishing station to clean your daily catch.

This property is Pet friendly with a fully fenced backyard and a large driveway with room for boat parking.

There is a BBQ at this property. Please make sure it is cleaned after use.
