The typical Istrian stone house, on two levels, built in 1940 and was renovated in 2004. On the ground floor there is the open plan kitchen with the living room, a small bathroom and the closet. To enrich the living room there is the typical fireplace in front of the comfortable sofa which becomes a double bed if necessary. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. In the large garden, in addition to the table to have your meals in the shade (one under a plum tree and the other on the recent 2016 terrace), there are deckchairs for relaxing and reading, listening to music or simply sleeping.
In July 2013, to expand the offer and make the house with its large garden an even more welcoming and beautiful place, we built the swimming pool for a little refreshment on hot days that you don't even want to go to the beach .
The swimming pool is open approximately from 1 June to 15 September (then of course you have to evaluate the weather)
We did not want to turn it into a luxury villa, but we have always tried to keep its Istrian country house character as intact as possible. By renovating it, we wanted to enhance the familiar warmth and simplicity of the houses of the past. We then enlarged the apartment adjacent to the main house in order to stay overnight in this apartment, but without disturbing or invading the spaces of our guests in any way. The garden and swimming pool are in fact for the exclusive use of those who rent the house. The house is 200m from the other houses of the small village where it is located, therefore peace and freedom are many.
