Peekaboo Ocean View 1 br Gem

Enjoy the peekaboo ocean view with a private beach just a 10 minute walk away, or a short golf cart ride!
King bed in main bedroom and pull out couch in living room make this condo extra spacious.
Enjoy morning coffee & afternoon sunsets on the extra large lanai with the oceanview in the distance. The community has three separate pools; a gym; front desk concierge; and shopping across the street in the Fairway Shops or a short walk to the high end shops & dining at Whaler's Village.

Please feel free to reach out to me via text/call and the front desk should be able to answer any and all other questions.
The resort requires a check in fee of $65 and a resort fee of $20 per day that will be paid upon arrival and check in at the front desk where guest will receive key.

No pets are allowed on the property as a rule of the condo community. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the lanai.
