It is in a very convenient location, even there is an access path from the train station. The hotel is very clean, and staff are very nice. They are very helpful. Will stay there for sure if I have a chance to visit Kagoshima again.

The hotel was very clean. The staff very polite and easy to work with. Very convenient, it had access to the lobby from the train station. Even the toilets were heated. Liked that you helped your self to you toiletries,coffee etc. had a laundry room.

The hotel was clean and excellent. The front desk staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Convenient to get on the subway or Shinkansen. Shopping for Kagoshima souvenir is right downstairs so it was nice to look around. the hotel was very quiet so we were able to relax and rest peacefully. Would definitely come back
