Island living at its finest, this casual Kailua beachfront home is located on the Windward side of Oahu, 30 minutes from Honolulu and approximately 1 mile from the center of Kailua Town. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over Kailua Bay, the scenic Ko'olau Mountain Range and outlying islands right from the front lanai. The home enjoys cool breezes that come off the ocean, a large open floor plan, spacious guest rooms and an expansive ocean front, manicured lawn with swaying palm trees and the ocean beyond. Guests can enjoy swimming, body surfing, paddling and fishing right from the backyard! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a culinary feast, or Kailua Town is just a 5 minute drive with its' myriad of restaurants to choose from.

Great beach house and location to town
My family loved this place. Great location on the beach with a big grass lawn (for games), and friendly neighbors with children who befriended my granddaughters. Kailua is (and has been) our favorite town on the islands, and our stay did not disappoint. The house had everything you'd expect from a 5 star rental.

Perfect Island House
My family (5 of us, kids ages 10,13, 16) stayed for spring break in mid to late March. It was the perfect island house, location could not have been better. House is as described by other reviewers. It’s comfortable, well stocked and just what you’d want. Communication with house management was easy. We had no issues. Absolutely loved it.

A Heavenly Paradise!
Our siblings stayed for a week in this wonderful house with ample space for 7. A generous welcome basket of Hawaain treats and snacks was waiting at our arrival! The outside shower was a high point to clean off the sand. The easy access to a quiet beach was perfect for us.

Property was amazing, the beach was amazing. Although had a little issue with fridge, the property manager had a repair man show up the next day. Lost a few items due to going bad and again the property manager offered to replace items at there cost, but we decided it was was not issue, especially since the property manager was so helpful in responding to situation at hand :] We had the absolutely best family vacation ever !!!

Slice of Paradise
We came for an adults only family get together and stayed for a week. The house was perfect for the seven on us. Check in was great, the house was spotless. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs for everyone. The beach access is super easy. It’s so nice to be able to duck out to the beach for a quick swim and come back, instead of having to lug all your gear and stay all day. It’s located on one of the best beaches in Hawaii, and at least while we were there, it wasn’t super crowded. Loved every minute, and will definitely be back!

Great for all ages
We enjoyed the beach front home with daily sunrises. Kids toys, beach chairs and plenty of towels was great. Only negative comment is the house needs a face lift for it is worn.

Kailua Charmer!
Kailua Charmer is definitely not an understatement. The home had EVERYTHING you could ask for....a breathtaking view, an incredibly beautiful sandy beach, swimmable water, privacy, excellent location, a fully stocked home and a practical floor plan that worked especially well for our family. We're coming back the first chance we get.

Beautiful house on Kailua beachfront
Every thing was as advertised. A beautiful beachfront property, well maintained and thoroughly supplied with everything one could want for a beach house ( boogie boards, umbrellas beach toys and towels.). I used the optional shopping service so food and drinks were already at the house wen I arrived. The only suggestion I would make is to install grab bars in the shower for those of us with a disability.

Cozy home in the best location
This cozy home with a fabulous backyard lies right in the middle of Kailua Beach and was a great place to begin our barefoot walks on the sandy shores. The house itself has most of what a family will need for a beachfront stay - the boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels are on standby. We cooked half of our meals for our family of 6 adults in-house and found the kitchen equipment and table settings we needed already available, including wine glasses and champagne flutes. The mid-stay housekeeping service including linen changes for our 10-night stay was perfectly timed. The bathrooms and kitchen while dated in style are fully functional. The view from the bedroom in the loft is simply magnificent and always worth that climb up the spiral stairway. The casual but very comfortable feel to the home was conducive to a most relaxing Christmas and New Year's Eve break. It was very breezy and temperatures were perfect during our stay, so we did not miss the air-conditioners and used the ceiling fans only on one night. Thanks too to the property manager for storing our Christmas tree which arrived earlier than we did for our stay. We were very fortunate that the home was still available when we were looking for a place to stay in Kailua.

Awesome Beach Front Home
The home is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. It was in a great location for our adventures on the windward (east) side of the island. Of course, the best part was the awesome beach. A short walk across the pristine lawn and we were in the sand. Also, Kepola did a great job with communications about the home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Kailua, right on the beach. It was so convenient for all especially with our 8 mo old grandson. Easy walking distance to town to enjoy the shops and restaurants. The beach is lovely and never crowded where we were. The home was perfect for our family... every room with its own bathroom so no need to share. Would definitely come back again!!

Easy, Fun & Beautiful
Hawaii Deluxe. Our first visit to Hawaii. If we did it all over, we wouldn’t change a thing; except make it two weeks instead of one. The property was just as it’s pictured: nice, comfortable rooms, great open area for family socializing and an incredibly well maintained and gorgeous back yard. Oh. The beach? Don’t get me started. Unbelievable. Wish we could have spent more time on it but, like I said, 1st time in HI. We had things to see and islands to hop. The only reservation about the house is that the kitchen appliances are a little outdated. But we didn’t eat in much so this was not a big obstacle for us. However, we did very easily host a celebration dinner with 16 in attendance at the house. It was a fun, easy evening. The management? Top notch! Always available and very flexible (only when they can be, I’m sure). Good group to work with. Now, if somehow we could shorten the flight from Atlanta a few hours, we’d be more regular customers. Also, easy trip to and from the airport and the neighborhood is great.

Very quiet neighborhood, and a very clean home. Kepola (prop mgr) was super helpful, from the house walkthrough to showing me shopping and places to eat on the local map. Kitchen had all the cooking items needed. Gas BBQ is an added plus. Lots of beach toys. Some days were spent going out to beach & swim 6-8 times, back and forth. This was a ton of fun. And a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Kailua. Landscaping so nice, in the evening looking out over lawn and palm trees - couldn't be more vacation perfect. Absolutely recommend this place.
