Aloha, welcome to our amazing ground floor, garden view condo, in the heart of Kona town close to EVERYTHING! We have finished up with a complete remodel last year. It is all fresh and new just for you to enjoy. We live on island and would like to share are little getaway condo with you. There is a CAL KING Posturepedic bed that is very comfy, along with a Euro Lounge couch. You can enjoy breakfast out on the private lanai with lush garden views and the birds singing to you. Relish in the tranquility of our tropical garden view condo, and the peace knowing there is an on sight management available to offer you any help you might need during your stay. You are only steps away from the beach, loads of restaurants (Kona Inn, Lava Java, etc.), shopping and great sunsets! Public transportation is close by to take you on all your adventures, and the airport is only 15 minuets away. We recently renovated and painted the condo so it has a fresh clean feel, and there is free wifi and AC in the room.

There is a small but efficient kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals. Although there is no stove in the condo, there are 2 large BBQ available by the pool area.
We know you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

One dish towel for five days? One wash cloth for two people for five days? The bed pillows were terribly old and way over-used. Dead bugs in bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked and the room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Location
Stayed for one week by myself. My unit was a studio, suitable for solo traveler or couple. Nice Lanai with table and chairs. Enjoyed my morning coffee there every morning. Roomy bathroom with stand up shower, no tub. Comfortable sofa, TV, all the beach stuff including towels, cooler, snorkeling equipment. Nice pool with hot tub. Kitchen has full fridge, sink, coffee maker, microwave, utensils, glassware and dishes. No stove or oven. Bed was very comfortable. The location could not be better. Out the front door and 1 minute walk to Alii drive in the heart of all of the action in Kona. 5 minute drive to Safeway. Definitely would stay here again.

Walking distance to beach and coffee
We enjoyed the pool, swam in it both one evening and one morning. We accessed the beach at the Marriott, which is a 14-minute walk. There was a big King-sized bed and the host included a couple of beach towels, which were appreciated. And there was working A/C, which was so nice for the warm weather. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not operating this stay, maybe next time. We would definitely recommend and return.

This property is ideally situated by the seaside, various shops and restaurants. It also is a beautiful tropical oasis, surrounded by various flowering plants and fruit trees. Our unit was nice and so clean. The host thought of everything to make our stay there very comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely come back when I visit Kona again. It’s absolutely wonderful property and place to stay, worthy of praise.

The unit is clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. The key for our stay was the location. It is centrally located off Alii DR and this puts you in walking range of many activities and attractions. The ability to park our car in a safe location and walk to our destinations was exactly what we were looking for. We live on the island and will certainly be looking to use this unit again next time we want to get away for the weekend.

Friendly property manager and staff were accommodating to our early check in. The studio was pretty, clean, and the property was gorgeous with luxurious tropical garden next to the pool. It’s a short walk from the ocean front. Location is conveniently located from eateries. Highly recommend anyone visiting or locals to stay here.
