So-so stay

Hotel with a nice face lift. Bed was comfortable but window AC unit was profoundly loud (the ear plugs were not up for the task) and the position of the AC unit precludes fully closing the curtains so light comes in all night. The staff were courteous enough, but I was confused why they call themselves a cashless property but don’t offer a way to leave a housekeeping gratuity via credit card. Also, the parking situation was a hassle

We were not informed of limited parking, although we called the hotel about our late arrival. Price of hotel is way too high for the facilities provided. Even coffee (in thermos) was limited to 6-9am. No label on pots, no sugar.

Was charged 25 per day for parking and some nights there were no spaces available. Also charged mandatory 'amenity" charge of 25 per day if you wanted coffe or a pool towel. And could not waive the fee if you wanted neither.

Parking is miserable

We loved the location of the hotel, but will never return because of the horrible parking situation. They run of of spots by 7 pm. You’re forced to park in random illegal spots told to you by the night front desk worker, but in the morning, you get a nice little warning from their own security … threats of towing your car for illegal parking. No sense of communication. 3 times my husband had to crawl into passenger side to get out of car. Sorry, after a long day of activities, I’m not in the mood for 45 mins of parking BS. Finally, hot water in shower only kicked on for 5 mins of your shower.

Slow, inefficient check in process. No on-site parking available; didn’t give me the option to purchase ahead of time, and was ‘sold out’ when we arrived, though there were cars in lot taking up two spaces each. Was supposed to get a room upgrade as a Gold VIP; was never offered and ended up with a noisy room on a low floor by the elevator with no view. No plug for the bathtub, and front desk couldn’t find one in the entire hotel. Was promised a $10 credit for in room drinks and was subsequently charged for them upon checkout. Terrible experience overall, and a poor value for the price paid. Very disappointed. Hotel really has zero amenities. They charge a $25 daily amenity fee in the off chance you want to do yoga in the morning by the pool. Can’t opt out.
