The first room I was suppose to get had someone already in it. The second room I got the door didn’t lock. I walked it to the tv on trash on the desk and the pep hole was covered by white tape. Overall I felt so unsafe I ended up leaving

Lobby smelled of marijuana upon check in, trash in the parking area & place looked suspicious. Homeless people in the back stairwells charging their phones & smoking cigarettes. Single most terrible hotel experience on my life! We did not stay the night, instead packed up & left. I called to report all of this to the hotel manager, who did not think any of it was an issue.

I will send you a letter with pictures, in the past it was a good hotel, it is now a very poor hotel, I will never stay there again. You should send a secret shopper to stay there a few days during the week, then you may remove it from your site.

Worst hotel stay in my life.
When we arrived, the hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was king bed studio suite.was supposwd to sleep 4. We got told it was actually a jacuzzi suite. We thought great. Were on the third floor, the elevators are not working. We get into the room, there was only a king size bed, and 1 chair no table, no phone, and no trash can. Went down to ask if there was a roll away or an air mattress, was told that is what the room is. So our 12 year old had to sleep in the middle of us.We did get a trash can, and extra towels, was told the booking sites, have pictures that are not even of the hotel. When ever we turned the water on it was yellow. We didn't even bother. There was no way to control the temperature, it was extremely warm in the room.Plus when you opened the curtains there were dead bugs all over the window sill. I did have a coupon, but considering we used what little money we had left, This room is not even worth 25.00 a night glad we only spent 53.00. Normaly they charge 120.00. So not worth it. Please do not stay here. I also am trying to upload the photos I took and it will not let me.

Elevator is broken. Walked into room and tv was on. Won’t turn off. No phone in room to call downstairs. Lamp switch is broken and no bulb in lamp, so no light in the room, except the foyer light.

Terrible experience
They switched me to a fourth floor room, and the elevator was broken! Then to add inconvenience, they had a team of workers recarpeting the stairs. Never again.

Upon check in, I was assigned a 3rd floor room. However, the elevator was down and that meant walking up the stairs, which were carpeted and dirty. The bedroom only had one bedside lamp for light. Only one channel worked on the tv, No phone in room to call desk, so I walked back down the stairs to ask for a tutorial on the remote, in case I did something wrong. Climbed back up the stairs to see if I couldn't get the tv to switch channels, but I could not. When I went to use the toilet, it was filled with feces. There was a plunger next to the toilet. I was unable to unclog it. I went downstairs to use the toilet in the lobby and reported the problem. No one available until the Sunday morning shift. I was told that had been an issue in that room, but thought it was fixed. Climbed the stairs again to room. Read a book and noticed a wash cloth tucked in the overhead sprinkler system. Went to sleep and checked out early in the morning. Breakfast was okay, but just wanted to leave.

Arrived at hotel to find homeless people living on the property of the hotel, in back parking lot. Checked in, notified “elevator is broke, you want second or third floor”, chose 2nd floor, opened room door to find room in complete shambles, 2 beds stacked together, one upside down on top of the other, did not look like maintenance being done, just looked like someone went crazy and wrecked the place, went down to notify front desk, she stated “oh, they must be using that room for storage”, gave us another room, this one was not cleaned at all, beds unsaid, garbage in cans, towels on floor, to the desk again, she stated “well, they didn’t change it in my system”, third room was a charm, “cleaned” with dirty linen, bugs on floor, unflushed toilet with hair on seat, toilet seat not attached to toilet, obvious burn marks down entire bathtub from obvious drug use, door was broken, most outlets with no covers, nothing had been wiped down,fridge and microwave unusable (disgusting AND broke) grimy hand prints on everything, obvious drug dealing operation happening out back, doors to exterior which should be opened with key card proper open with rocks, witnessed homeless people who live out back coming and going. Did not stay, did not even feel safe, would never lay on that bed, we left a couple hours after checking in, told front desk we were leaving, no “can I help”, “is something wrong”, just “ok”, this was the same woman who checked us into 3 rooms, Baymont should be ashamed!!!
