Property is old and run down. Room painting and caulking cracked; bathroom had 1/2 of towel rod hanger bracket, but no rod; caulking on floors very dirty, visible dirt on floors, pubic hair on toilet. In room heater had visible sticky stains. While checking bed for signs of bed bugs (too tired to move the first night but moved to another hotel after the first night) I found what appears to be a make shift crack pipe between the mattress and box springs. There were no hangars in the closet, but front desk staff provided me with three to use. One outlet didn't work. Phone on desk with no ring tone. Breakfast sparse but adequate and they did have a waffle maker. Had clean sheets and towels. A jarrring experience. I would not recommend.

They have bed bugs and when I showed them the house keeper told me it was a stink bug. Everything was still dirty and had hair in the shower. Mold in the bathroom in the ceiling. There were homeless people sleeping where the ice machine is so we couldn’t get ice.

HORRIBLE !!! Did not feel safe in the hotel at all. This place was dirty from the time you got the parking lot to the time you got in your room. Stains everywhere, smelled of smoke, microwave and fridge weren’t clean. False advertisement, the room did not look anything like the picture. We even changed rooms and it was the same condition. Didn’t even stay for 2 hours. Booked another hotel. And on top of that they had me drive back there 3 separate times thinking I was getting a refund only to be told I won’t get one. Very unprofessional.

I booked 2 rooms for out of town guests When I received my keys and noticed that they had a room between I asked if they could be across from each other She became confrontational. I calmed her and said we can make it work. She told me the guest staying in the rooms would have to do some paperwork when they arrived More than an hour lapse and my daughter came to the window of one of the rooms I had booked and told me she was asked to leave and that there would be no refund

Hotel looks like it started out as a typical business class (meaning not cheap but not luxurious) establishment with some pretty nice features and materials. One example is the inlaid tile compass point style design in the elevator and heavy wood trim at the lobby elevator entrance. The elevator looked like it could use a sweeping out and wipe down, so it was a good example of the hotel's quality no longer in its heyday. The room was clean, the water hot immediately, the bed was very comfortable, and overall not far below the many newer, thriving business oriented hotels I've stayed in. The clientele is a bit less sophisticated than most nice places, and I did hear a few loud (but brief) arguments and a couple of barking dogs in other rooms. Overall, the value for money was unbelievably good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel over others in its price range. It's honestly the best deal I've ever had for the level of accommodation.
