the clerk that checked us in that morning was amazing. we were in a time crunch and she got us into a room immediately. sunday morning crew was awesome as well. I can't say enough good things about the employees at this hotel

Long hairs in the bathtub, large crumbs on the desk chair and tape on the walls. I don’t think anything in our room had been dusted in months. We went primarily for the pool and hot tub which were stained at the bottom and the water was dirty also no towels in the pool area.

Decent hotel, bathrooms could use some updating. Shower curtains weren’t long enough and when you took a shower, the water went all over the floor. Staff was nice and attentive.

The heat in the room did not work. We had it at 75 and it was maybe 68. Curtains in the room were filthy. Hotel room was very dingy. No Kleenex in the room wither, was never stocked. For paying almost $200, I expected a lot more.

First, the staff was excellent. To a person, during our 9 day stay, they were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a looking a little worn and could definitely use a refresh Marriott. All in all this was a great value.

We reserved a king room. Upon check in opened room and it was 2 queens. Went back to desk and we were told there was nothing they could do they didn’t have any more open kings available. Also on website says it has a pool and hot tub both closed both nights we were there! Took a shower no conditioner! Last stay at a Marriott!
