Two Storey 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom River front Apartment. Main room has a new queen bed with a second TV on the wall your own small private balcony with views of the river and Marina,  Second room has a queen bed and third room has a bunkbed also with River and marina views. Reverse cycle split system air conditioner upstairs and down throughout the unit. The main living areas and kitchen are all downstairs & all 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs. Large screen smart TV and DVD player. The Kitchen is well stocked with Microwave, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, Air fryer & slow cooker. This Apartment has a front loader washing machine for your convenience. The complex has a large swimming pool, share gas BBQs and tennis courts, You will need to bring your own racquets balls & Beach towels. The Apartment has a spiral staircase, small private front patio area with outdoor table setting to sit relax and enjoy the scenery with the Jetty & Marina across the road you can watch the fishing boats come in from sea check out their catch and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. All Apartments are Privately owned. There is only1.5 car bay parking for this and all Apartments Limited Spare parking is available on site.

2. Linen and 1 towel per person are provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

3. Strictly NO pet property.

4. ALL our properties are fully self contained.

5. Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.

8. No Schoolies Accepted

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops, beauty salon, fish and chip shops, sports oval, skate park and much more.

This complex has a large pool area comprising a 25 metre lap pool, an extra large wading pool and a toddlers pool. There are shared BBQs and two playground areas that will keep children occupied.
