The room and the bathroom was clean and we had a comfortable bed. Lots of space and we enjoyed our stay. The reception team and the waitress at the bar was very friendly and helpful.

Although there have been incremental improvements of late, there is still a long way for this hotel to go, before it can compete with The Plaza. A shadow of its former self.

Very impressed with the rooms they are large with an equally spacious bathroom. There’s a microwave and a sink to reheat and clean up. TV with lots of channels and Foxtel as well. The was warm and stayed warm the 3 night guts I was there with limited use of the reverse cycle aircon. No complaints here recommend

Service was excellent- staff were very friendly. Not a complaint - just a comment - my (spa) room was above the reception so it got a bit noisy at times, but not enough to spoil my experience.
