The house entrance is from the upper level where there is parking for 2 cars and auto gate
1st living room and a corridor that leads to the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom e with own bathrooms, balconies.

Downstairs is a full kitchen with breakfast bar, living and dining area. Also the 3rd bedroom, the 4th bedroom which shares a bathroom with the living area. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out to the outdoor terrace with outdoor seating. A spiral staircase leads up to a private roof terrace.
