The North Thompson Chalet (#8 Trail's Edge) is a bright, spacious end-unit townhouse in a prime location at Sun Peaks Resort.

It has 3 levels of living space featuring a vaulted ceiling and soaring windows overlooking trees and Mt. Morrisey.

This is a true 4 bedroom unit. Each bedroom is a separate room with windows!

It also features:
- Dining area and living room on main level
- Master bedroom (with ensuite) and 2 other bedrooms on top floor
- Additional bedroom with 2 windows on bottom level
- Fully equipped main level kitchen (including milk frother for your morning coffee)
- Family room with TV downstairs for the kids
- Hot tub nestled among trees overlooking the Valley Trail
. Washer and dryer in dedicated laundry room
- Extra freezer also available in the garage
- Private sundeck off the main floor with BBQ and a Juliet balcony off the master bedroom
- Level entry to the garage and only 2 steps to the front door
- Heated tile floors in the kitchen and all bathrooms
- Multiple options for parking in front of the garage or in one of many spots around the complex.

Ski in and out to the Orient Chairlift on the Valley Trail that runs alongside the back of the property. You can also ski in on the Morrisey Connector and East Village Ski Way. Because it's close to the village and located right on the Valley Trail, you also have easy access to the Village as well as the Sunburst and Sundance lifts.

It's very close to the Nordic Hut, cross country trails and snowshoe trails (4 sets of snowshoes included in the unit). Just a short stroll to the village and all areas of the resort.

Great place for a family ski trip!
The unit is very comfortable and well outfitted. I loved having the garage which served as a giant mud room where we could put all our ski and outdoor gear before we entered the welcoming townhome. Ski in/out with a short walk to the end of the townhouse complex made this unit very convenient.

Fantastic Condo & Location, highly recommend!
We had such a great time at Sun Peaks, this location is very convenient to get to the Orient lifts, and an easy hike over to the main runs to get kids to ski school. We were able to ski back and grab lunch each day no matter where we were skiing on the Mountains.

Family ski weekend
We had an amazing time at the North Thompson Chalet. The townhome has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay while at Sun Peaks. Very Roomy, clean and very easy to ski out and in to the slopes. We had a great stay and hope to return next year.

We had a lovely stay at Amy’s place. Amy was a wonderful host and the place was immaculate. Communication was easy and the cabin has everything you need for a great ski vacation. Excellent SunPeaks Accommodation
The property is well located both for ski in / ski out as well as an easy walk to the village. It is comfortable and homely and everything works well including the heating even during a particularly cold few days. Amy and Darin are generous hosts and the property is well equipped. They are quick to respond to any communication. We would definitely like to stay at "North Thompson" again.

Fantastic getaway
This was our first time to SunPeaks and it did not disappoint! North Thompson Chalet was perfect for our 2 families. The kitchen was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever stayed at and the care package left for our arrival was a much appreciated gesture. Loved the hot tub and TV's in every bedroom, perfect for relaxing! Minutes from the hill and a quick walk to the village. We will definitely not hesitate to book again! Thanks again :)
